EventQuant builds analytical tooling to help forecasters turn real-time event markets into actionable insight. We stream real-time Kalshi market data to dashboards, generate AI-assisted commentary on market moves, and provide tools for scenario analysis, hedging, and risk assessment. Our mission is to make event market signals accessible, explainable, and useful for all decision makers, from individuals to institutions.

Eligibility

The Platform is offered and available only to users 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

Platform Access & Modification

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature without notice. We may restrict access as necessary. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Platform or Services.
• Do not use automated scraping or harvesting beyond documented APIs and applicable rate limits.
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation, impersonate others, or transmit viruses or malicious code.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the security or data integrity of the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform for external commercial purposes except as specifically permitted by EventQuant.

Market Information & Risk Disclosure

All market data, analytics, projections, and commentary are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your research and decision-making. Event markets and trading involve risk, including risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality—including software, texts, dashboards, graphics, and logos—on the Platform are owned by EventQuant or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. You may use content only for personal or internal business analytics as allowed. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works permitted without written consent.

Trademarks

EventQuant´s name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. Other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Third Party Content

The Platform may reference or link to third-party sites and data sources. EventQuant does not endorse nor is responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party materials.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices outlined therein.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation or that information or results are accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventQuant and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. In no event will our liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid EventQuant in the prior twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EventQuant and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. Both parties waive participation in class action proceedings.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Certain Platform features require subscription. Subscription terms, fees, and cancellation policies appear at signup and may change with notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid, it shall be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and others remain in effect. EventQuant’s failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future rights.

Updates & Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or site notice.
